Byron Bay is a coastal town located in New South Wales, Australia. It’s a popular tourist destination known for its beautiful beaches, relaxed atmosphere, and vibrant cultural scene. We walked the lighthouse trail, shopped, ate fantastic food, and enjoyed many things Byron Bay had to offer.
Some of the top attractions include:
Main Beach is a long stretch of sand with great surf and whale watching. We saw some enormous and unique jellyfish during our visit to the Beach.

Cape Byron Lighthouse – the easternmost point of mainland Australia with panoramic views.

Watego’s Beach is a secluded, boutique beach with beautiful views.
The Pass is a famous surf break where you can hit the waves or watch others do so.

The Farm Byron Bay offers a sustainable food and farm experience.
Byron Bay Markets is a weekly gathering of local arts, crafts, and food vendors.
Although we only spent one day in Byron Bay, it’s a destination that we will absolutely visit again and spend a few days soaking all that it has to offer.
